This awards scheme is led by World Excellence Awards who are known internationally for their professionalism, integrity and independence.

In our experience at Maybo we have found successful organisations recognise that the safety of employees and the people they support and/or interact with go hand in hand. Zero tolerance and heavily staff safety biased approaches can result in adversarial ‘them and us’ interactions and increased conflict.
